Why Am I Coughing Up Greenslime

Night of the truffle

Yesterday I thought I'd get a night shift you have to make the delicious truffles and Pralienerezepte
try out the December issue of the JDL.





The recipe:
melts you 4 teaspoons of butter and 500 g of chocolate, then add 100 ml
cream and touched by all well and fills the mass

above.

and chopped hazelnuts including,
the mass is in a pastry bag and fill it in tip Pralienenformen.
The shapes are really great when they are plugged into sugar.
The Pralienchen be decorated with a chocolate star.
Unfortunately I get no asterisks in white chocolate - which would certainly have looked pretty

The recipes are really easy to imitate and succeed really well.
last year I had already tried to make truffles,
unfortunately was not then the mass fixed.
She was also very tasty and we ate them just with a spoon:)
