Rolls

On Sunday I'm surprised my family with homemade bread.

The dough was kneaded quickly

and the rolls were formed rapidly.

The 40 minutes, the dough pieces are going to have

I've used for a short jog:)

bread recipe

900 g bread flour

100 g oatmeal

40 g yeast

a good Tel salt

680 ml warm water

From the ingredients into a dough.

12 rolls of it and place them on a baking sheet.

The dough must go for 40 minutes.

Meanwhile the oven to 200 Preheat.

When the buns have risen above crosswise and then brush with water.

So now into the oven it:)

there they have to stay about 25 minutes.

# II [BOOK / REVIEW] .... Cassia & Ky ....

Cassias play history for us in the distant future, in a country but are not described in detail in a form of society which we should very well be familiar: communism.

Lately, I often come across books, especially for young people that communism as pretty much the worst form of society That represent one can imagine. Do - especially the American authors;) - Jugen the adult hunt this out of my head, so that history can repeat in any case? Or they can venture to the great George Orwell excel? ;)

that as it would have to be familiar to us communism and I do not digress further into explanations:)

Cassia lives in a world that already exists from the system so that they can not independently a profession allowed to vote, yet you will eat or not their life business. Because everything is calculated for them. The word "happiness" has been banished from the vocabulary and "probability" is replaced and then the whole life of the people charged. The perfect partner with whom one is happy not only to 99.9% but also healthy offspring is, the right job, the right food. So that the citizens their minds was not too much strain with unnecessary knowledge unnecessary destroyed everything and keep only the 100 most beautiful songs, 100 best poems, 100 most important events of the story ... know why more than is absolutely necessary to live and work? (Reminiscent of a dictator now fade in the former Soviet Union ... but this maybe more later)

Because Cassia know and all around them no other life they believe everything you're told. The company eventually wants the best for them! No one suffers more as before, no more needs to die of terrible diseases, for even death is predetermined. In Cassias world all die on their 80th birthday.

And so goes Cassia full of hope to their mating banquet. This evening they will meet their perfect partner they will marry later.

She is very happy as it is not like most other an unknown, but her best friend Xander. But when it later at home the chip shifts in the computer to learn everything about what you should know Xander as his partner over him, she looks at the screen prompts Another Man - and also that she knows, because it is her neighbor Ky..

What happened? The company claims it never mistake? As the next day, a functionary of Cassia is received and for the "mistake" excuse Cassia remains an unanswered question back: What if the perfect partner for them would be Ky?

Unfortunately, it is already a book that with a cliffhanger ending: (Why me do the publishing houses that constantly at it is probably again the first of a trilogy, but unfortunately is not even the second, still? published in English ... so yes, I checked the same time after I had read the last page!? (now I'm bitterly disappointed How long will I have to now wait three months half a year maybe even a year?

You see, the book has taken me correctly, it is a really useful and interesting reading comparable to George Orwell's "1984" or a little with "Animal Farm" is a book that describes a society that there really never was it but, unfortunately, already were and still are (North Korea, Cuba ..). Nothing against the good will behind it - but already recognized this as Thomas More's Utopia and the man lived in the Middle Ages, after all;)
