On Sunday I'm surprised my family with homemade bread.
The dough was kneaded quickly
and the rolls were formed rapidly.
The 40 minutes, the dough pieces are going to have
I've used for a short jog:)
bread recipe
900 g bread flour
100 g oatmeal
40 g yeast
a good Tel salt
680 ml warm water
From the ingredients into a dough.
12 rolls of it and place them on a baking sheet.
The dough must go for 40 minutes.
Meanwhile the oven to 200 Preheat.
When the buns have risen above crosswise and then brush with water.
So now into the oven it:)
there they have to stay about 25 minutes.
